AKM-D24(10+8+6)/2200, This model adopts three-parts crossbeam structure: 10+8+6  heads for each part, which make it move faster, easier and more flexible. Its intelligent control technology enables the machine to polish slab in fast speed, high efficiency and good stability.

By using servo motors, the swing of crossbeam bridge is more stable, more accurate and much more faster.  At the same time, the distribution of grinding heads is more flexible and adaptable, because 24 spindles installed in 3 bridges are more flexible and suitable for different slabs.

By using automatic loading lift,  it saves labor cost.  By using Xingxing speed reducer, the transmission can be more stable and reliable.

Due to EtherCAT communication control unit and control system,  the polishing process is highly automatic and intelligent, to ensure maximum accuracy, flexibility, stable performance and high efficiency.
